Bet The Farm:

This book is about how food production has become about corporate profit rather than a family business. Food is becoming factory produced and chemically altered rather than homegrown. After reading the book, it was clear that food has become more about profit then nourishment. For this reason, I used the tradition of quilt-making to stitch together corporate agendas with classic farm imagery. This was one of four projects that were accepted into the Jury Show of 2015.
