The UnHate Foundation teams up with United Nations Academic Impact (UNAI) once a year to hold the Diversity Contest. The contest is comprised of submitted proposals created by groups from around the world, all with the common goal of supporting diversity. The nonprofit brochure is auto-mailed to all UnHate subscribers with the purpose of informing their members of the winners and encouraging donations to a cause of their choosing. With gender equality being a popular topic in media, it was chosen to be the leading topic for the marketing plan. The poster is designed so that it can be wrapped around a pole as well as pasted to a wall. By repeating the poster side by side by side with copies to cover any size wall, the message multiplies and creates a more dominant statement.
